Avusan Return & Exchange Policy

At Avusan, we take immense pride in our handcrafted jewelry and curated collections. Because our items are handmade with intricate thread work and detail, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness to all our customers.
1. Return Window
We offer a 3-days return/exchange window from the date your package is delivered. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale.
- Customized/Personalized Orders: Any item made specifically to your size or color requirements.
- Items on Sale: All “Clearance” or “Sale” section items are final sale.
3. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Jewelry: Must be unworn, with no snags in the thread work, and in its original packaging/pouch.
- Clothing: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags still attached. Items with perfume scents, makeup stains, or deodorant marks will be rejected.
4. Handmade Disclaimer
Please note that most of the Avusan products are handmade. In such Handmade products, small variations in thread shade, bead placement, or texture are not considered “defects”—they are the unique characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@avusan.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item received. We will provide a replacement or full refund for any confirmed shipping damage reported within this timeframe.
6. Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at support@avusan.com with your request.
- Once approved, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-7] business days.
