- Unique Nature: You acknowledge that Avusan mainly specializes in handmade items (thread bangles, earrings, necklaces). Because these are handcrafted, no two items are identical. Minor variations in color, thread patterns, and bead placement are expected and are not considered defects.
- Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
3. Safety & Allergy Liability
- Material Sensitivity: It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their own skin sensitivities or allergies. Avusan is not liable for any allergic reactions to threads, metals, or adhesives used in our jewelry.
- Choking Hazard: Our jewelry contains small parts. All products must be kept out of reach of children and infants. Avusan is not responsible for any injury resulting from the misuse of our products.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Hygiene
Our return policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene standards:
- Earrings: For health and safety reasons, earrings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clothing: Must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).
- Handmade Items: Returns are only accepted for transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Avusan is not responsible for damage caused by improper care. Jewelry should be kept away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Please refer to our Care Guide for maintenance instructions.
